Introduction
In Mexico, livestock manure management is a significant aspect of agricultural practices, with substantial implications for greenhouse gas emissions and environmental sustainability. The sector heavily relies on traditional methods, which dominate manure management systems across the country. As highlighted in baseline scenario, these practices remain largely unchanged without targeted emissions reduction policies, leading to minimal adoption of sustainable methods from 2022 to 2050.
