Industries tend to concentrate in specific places for various economic reasons. Identifying the location of each industry in the country is relevant for investment and productive vocation decisions.
The regions have different economic structures. Knowing the relative importance of each industry in the local economy is a basic input for the design of productive development strategies adapted to each place.
